Return & Refund Policy at The.Rodeo

1. Exchanges

The Rodeo's sole goal is to make you happy! Every item we offer here can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. After you've received your order, if you have an issue with size, color, or anything else, please email or call us to let us know. Although you're responsible for the return shipping of the original item, we'll ship out your exchange for free.


2. Returns

If you would prefer a refund, please return unused/unworn items to us postmarked within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt (which is the date of shipment to you), Please make sure you follow our easy guidelines for returns. Refunds are processed in 1-5 business days from receipt of your return at the The Rodeo warehouse, but please know it can take up to a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account. Returns postmarked after 14 days of your printed receipt will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note we accept no returns after 30 days. We know you're not a procrastinator, but The Rodeo items are in limited in stock, so it helps if you get returns back to us as soon as possible!


3. Refund processing

Refunds are processed in 1-5 business days from receipt of your return at the The Rodeo warehouse, but please know it can take up to a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account. A credit card billing cycle can be up to 30 days and is set by your credit card company, not by The Rodeo. Returns postmarked after 14 days of your printed receipt will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note we accept no returns after 30 days. We know you're not a procrastinator, but The Rodeo items are in limited in stock, so it helps if you get returns back to us as soon as possible!


4. Exchange/Return instructions

A. Replace all packaging materials and place the return in the original manufacturer's box.

B. Place the original manufacturer's box into a suitable shipping box. Do not use the original manufacturer's box as a shipping container.

C. Send your return with a shipper that provides tracking information to:
